Montécare Solutions Ltd is an established family run business.

Montécare Solutions Ltd is run by Sandra and Richard Freeman. Sandra has 40 years experience in the care industry and Richard has many years working abroad as an engineer, where he has become very knowledgeable around foreign issues, working, managing and communicating with people from all backgrounds. Richard is excellent with practical work and a whizz around maintenance.

Sandra is a registered Manager in care and assessor and an internal verifier. She is also a qualified associate lecturer in Health and Social care and specializes in Learning Disability and Domiciliary Care.

After many years of working for other people Richard and I decided it was time to have our own company and to be able to do and to give the things that we would like to offer people - to give the Service User a better standard of life and for them to realize there is a life out there.

Therefore, the company has two arms one of delivering domiciliary care (care in your own home - Personal and Domesitc Care) and the other to provide Training and Consultancy around care.

You can rest assured that we will provide only the highest quality service around any work undertaken. We are told by our Service Users that we go that extra mile! We will strive to meet all the regulatory requirements with regard to support in the home. All staff will be continuously trained by Sandie herself along with a team of very experienced vocational trainers and Lecturers. All staff will be trained in Abuse, Mandatory training, communication and all the other specialism's that are required.

Sandie is also a Makaton Regional Tutor and has been teaching Makaton for over 25 years. She also uses BSL and teaches Deaf Awareness amongst many other subjects.

Montécare work with all service user groups, including care of the elderly, learning disability, mental health, physical disability, Palliative care and convalescing and many other multi agencies.

Monte's is fully insured for service and for staff so rest assured you are perfectly safe with us!

Montécare employs office staff to organise and supply the needs of the service user and all of the carers employed.

Geographically the Agency has Service Users all over North Essex, particularly; Tendring and Colchester areas.

Montécare Solutions Limited is approved and registered with the Care Quality Commission. Therefore, we work to the National Minimum Standards of the Health & Social Care Act 2008. On our very first inspection we were rated 2* "Very Good" and which is an excellent achievement and we are heading for the Very Best in the future. We have since had a recent Inspection and told that we are an "Excellent" agency by the C.Q.C. Inspector. Please read our Report on the C.Q.C. site you will find we met all compliances. Our aims are very high because we are passionate about what we do and only the very best will do.

All Montécare staff are police checked in conjunction with the Criminal Records Bureau and The Indepdendant Safeguarding Bureau.
