Live in care

Our commitment and expertise in offering the best solution for people wishing to be cared for in their own home and allows us to arrange a care plan that is tailored to our customers as individuals.

Your Montecare live-in carer will be available to carry out a number of tasks including:

  • Personal Care including help getting up or going to bed, bathing and showering, shaving, oral care, dressing, feeding, assistance with medication, toileting, emptying commode and continence care
  • Domestic duties, accompanying service users to social events or appointments and providing companionship
  • Support to ease the transition home following a hospital stay or to help you prepare for hospital treatment
  • Respite care at home if a regular carer needs time off
  • For awake nights we will install another carer to cover this duty and this will enable your live in carer to be safe and fresh for you in the morning. This would be by special arrangement
  • If two people are needed for certain parts of your care we will install another carer to come to help carry out needs with the live in carer and then the second carer will leave so that you and your live in carer can carry on with your needs. This would be by special arrangement

We understand the importance of finding the right carer / team of carers to meet your needs. All our carers are trained to the highest standards and specialised training is sourced to meet the specific needs of our customers and to ensure that our carers can provide the best levels of care.

Our live in carer will reside with you in your own home, providing round the clock support. The only thing we would ask is our customers provide a separate room for our carers to sleep in. Storage for their clothes and any other furniture that you wish to provide. A safe working environment.
