MONTÉCARE SOLUTIONS provide Health and Social Care Assistants from half an hour plus. Prospective Service Users should contact us if interested and will be provided with a full package which includes our Service Users Guide (below) and rates.
A full risk and care assessment is undertaken by our staff for all new Service Users.
We offer a wide range of services from aspects of personal care including help getting up in the morning or daily assistance with meals and medication to help with domestic tasks including the weekly shop. We can also provide day and night sitting services plus specialist services for those with more complex care needs.
Realising that help is needed can be an emotional experience, both for the person needing the care, and for those around them. So it is very reassuring to have a care provider who sympathises with their feelings, and completely understands what is needed.
We work hard to understand our customers' lives and needs, striving to offer the right services, the best value and unrivalled customer care.
There could be many reasons why you are looking for home care services. It may be because additional support or assistance is needed with those everyday tasks that are becoming a little more difficult or because of restricted mobility through illness or an accident, either for yourself or on behalf of a friend or relative. Your care needs may be short term for convalescence or respite or you may be looking for a more long term solution. Whichever option you feel is appropriate, we are able to arrange care provision or support to accommodate your situation, thus giving you, your family and friends, peace of mind that there is continuity of care. This can be assessed in conjunction with yourself, your family, Social Service (if applicable) and Montécare.
If you, or a relative or friend, need care at home we can offer you choice and independence, with a care package designed to suit your individual needs. Our care service is provided by highly trained staff that are committed to ensuring that you can remain in the comfort of your own home, with the reassurance that someone will be there to assist with personal care, medication, food preparation, shopping and prescription collecting and many other everyday tasks.
To provide this service our support/care assistants are selected according to a stringent Recruitment procedure, which includes reference checks, after which they are trained to the highest standards and provided with ongoing supervision and development on a regular basis. They are people who can provide a consistent and quality one to one relationship which offers you the peace of mind that someone you can trust and rely on is there for you.
