Montécare can offer a wealth of vocational training with very solid experienced vocational tutors.

For potential Health Care Assistant and support workers applicants without care experience, we offer an induction course. This induction covers:- The Principles of Person Centred Care, Effective Communication, Raising Concerns & Whistle Blowing, Moving & Positioning, Infection Control, Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Basic First Aid, Food Hygiene, Adult Abuse Awareness, Medication, Managing Challenging Behaviour, Death, Dying & Bereavement, Dementia and The Dignity Challenge. Practical skills are also incorporated.

For all members of Montécare Solutions Limited, we give all Mandatory training updates including;

  • Moving & Handling
  • Fire Safety
  • Health & Safety and Infection Control (including COSHH and RIDDOR)
  • Food Hygiene - Infection Control
  • Basic First Aid
  • Adult Abuse Awareness (S.O.V.A)

  • Dementia Awareness
  • Death, Dying & Bereavement (Palliative Care)

After completion of Mandatory Training and Skills for Care Induction framework you will then be recommended or asked to continue with the Qualification Credit Framework Diplomas in Health and Social Care. There are several routes to enhance your career.

We pride ourselves on our in-house training. Whenever possible we also offer courses provided to other organizations together with Vocational Training and Diploma level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care or Apprenticeships. Leadership and Management training.
